My mother, who has lived with us for several years because of her age, not only suffers from
fructose intolerance , but also from
lactose intolerance . That always made it difficult for me to cook for you. We follow the appropriate diet, but it is often still difficult to cook the right food. I became
aware of this book and I have to say that it is a great help for me to master my everyday life and to take care of my mother accordingly. The good thing about the book is that in the first part the intolerances are explained very well and in the second part the three stages are divided up well (waiting phase, test phase and long-term nutrition). That makes a lot of things understandable for me. The special thing about the recipes in the book that I find really great are the
recipes that are suitable for everyday use , because this enables me to serve my mother delicious dishes and, above all, varied food. The great
breakfast tips that are given put a smile on her face every morning and she also likes the cold and warm dishes from drinks to soups and casseroles very much. The good thing is I don't have to stand in the kitchen for hours, they are prepared quickly. The highlight of the recipes are the desserts, cakes and pastries. Because she has a sweet tooth and now she doesn't have to do without anything anymore.
My conclusion
In addition to a lot of important and helpful information, the book offers delicious recipe ideas that are combined in such a way that they are well tolerated, at least that's how I can talk about my mother. In short: I can
only recommend the book!
