  • As a drink with fiber: Mix half a tablespoon in a glass of juice, water, chocolate milk, coffee, tea or smoothie.
  • As a sprinkle: Sprinkle half a tablespoon in yoghurts, oatmeal, sauces, desserts, muesli or over any meal.
Due to the solid component for binding, meat, vegetables, tofu and fish can be breaded very well with coconut flour. Coconut flour can be stored in the refrigerator for almost a year!
