When baking, a small amount of coconut flour can be substituted for other flour. The sweet flour gives warm dishes such as stews, casseroles, soups and sauces a special aroma. Smoothies or milk drinks can also be sweetened with it. Coconut flour has a high absorbency and binds a lot of liquid, so more liquid should be added to every recipe with eggs, oil or milk.
